PolyArmor provides commercial building owners a variety of benefits, including a seamless application that gets rid of leaks and provides a more efficient climate inside. This allows you to not only save money on a potential roof replacement but also on heating and cooling expenses. Clean Up

Make certain to clean tools and spills prior to PolyArmor solidifying. Mineral spirits are the best option when attempting cleaning of any type. Keep in mind, the strength of any system is how well it adheres to a substrate. With that said, once PolyArmor sets, it is extremely difficult to remove from most surfaces.

Maintenance

It’s always a good idea to perform a bi-yearly inspection on your roof substrate in order to make sure it is clear of debris, drains are clear and operating properly, and to make sure all seams and penetrations are intact.

Safety

Please refer to the safety data sheets for all health and safety information.
