10-Year Material or 20-Year Material and Labor Limited Warranty

“PolyArmor Roofing Restoration Systems” will provide a 10-year limited material warranty or 20-year material and labor limited warranty from the date of completion when all materials and other required items are paid in full. As such, the warranty is specifically for materials limited to the original material cost of the project. This warranty does not include damages caused by lightning, gale force winds (50 mph or greater), hurricanes, tornadoes, hailstorms, ice damming, insects, plants, animals, vandalism, lack of proper roof maintenance such as debris removal, gutter/downspout/drain malfunctions and/or maintenance, failure of any building component, foreign objects, cracking due to settlement distortion, failure or cracking of walls or foundation and/or structural deck and the existing underlying roof system of the building. The warranty contained herein shall not apply to damage or failure resulting from condensation within the internal components of the existing roofing assembly. Additional exclusions from warranty include (I) vandalism, intentional or unintentional damage, neglectful acts of the owner or a third party; and (ii) damage caused by catastrophic events or Mother Nature such as earthquakes, floods, fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, landslides, seismic explosions, or other casualties.
